About the Team Charter:

The Dialer helps sales reps automate a lot of the busywork around sales calls. It uses AI and data to optimize the time to connect to a call, the likelihood of reaching the right person who picks up, and to coach sales reps through calls and help them convert to revenue. The Dialer team is the core revenue driver for Nooks. It drives our two main product lines (the AI Dialer + AI Coaching, almost always sold together), which have grown 4x YoY in 2023 and 2024. This is the beating heart of Nooks.

What you’ll do:

• You will get to talk to customers and see the impact of what you build in days or weeks, not months.

• Design and build critical product features. Own shipping them end-to-end

• Drive product strategy by building a deep understanding of the Nook's customer experience and user stories

• Dive into the details: analyze user sessions and capture analytics to find pain points and uplevel our application’s ease of use

• Mentor and collaborate with others on the team and cross team

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Deep React knowledge and skills

• Ability to talk with customers directly and understand their pain points

• Strong design taste and intuition

• A strong track record of improving frontend codebases by building re-usable components

Compensation at Nooks for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage, hybrid work, and unlimited paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on the jurisdiction of employment.

For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is: $180K-$250K / year.
