US Air Conditioning Distributors is one of the largest privately owned HVAC equipment distributors with 52 locations in California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona whose goal is to provide customers with what they need, when they need it with free next-day delivery, crane service, incredible inventory selection, and experienced, friendly personnel to help assist the customer. We are a One Stop Shop for all your HVAC needs from residential to commercial to industrial including equipment, controls, parts, supplies, and sheet metal.

 POSITION OVERVIEW:

Managing a US Air Conditioning Parts Store is so much more than a management position in one of the largest privately owned HVAC distributors in the US. Our managers grow and excel professionally and financially in our entrepreneurial environment running an operation as if it were their own business. Managers are given the ability to use all their business experience and customer service skills in an atmosphere where good decisions are rewarded and celebrated. The US Air Conditioning philosophy is that taking care of the customers is what makes us successful. The sky is the limit for a manager who leads a parts store team and grows the business market share. Our bonus program has been consistently rewarding the efforts of our managers and the entire parts store team.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years management experience in the HVAC market

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lead a store and communicate with our customers and dealers on an ongoing basis
• Ability to inspire others to achieve their full potential
• Ability to create strong connections and affiliations with contractors and installers
• Ability to handle high volume during peak demand times

WE OFFER:

• Compensation is a combination of base pay plus a percentage of the pretax profit of the store. We offer a very competitive salary plus a progressive incentive plan along with great medical and dental benefits, 401K, profit sharing, and more.
• Salary starting at $70,000 per year + $20.000 potential bonus.
