Join our healthcare partner as a Nurse Lead, where you‘ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care while leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a trauma center, providing critical care and making a difference in patients‘ lives every day.
- Lead and supervise a team of nurses in a trauma center setting
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Five years of technical experience required
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required
- AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, AHA PALS certifications required
- Experience with trauma care preferred
