You will be the face of our sweet shop, serving up delicious ice cream, crafting coffee beverages, and maintaining a fun, clean environment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop food service expertise while working in a lively, fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Cashiering
Welcome guests with a friendly, outgoing attitude.
Answer customer questions about the menu and offer recommendations.
Operate the cash register accurately, processing both cash and card payments.
Work seamlessly with the team to ensure fast, friendly service.
Food & Beverage Preparation
Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, and specialty desserts.
Prepare coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages accurately and efficiently.
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Shop Maintenance
Keep the ice cream display clean, visually appealing, and fully stocked.
Maintain a clean and organized coffee station and front counter.
Restock supplies consistently throughout the shift.
Assist with opening, closing, and general shop cleaning duties as needed.
