Administrative Assistant (DOE)

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - LIVERMORE, CA - 1-2 YEAR PROJECT POTENTIAL
POSITION OVERVIEW
DOE (Department of Energy) experience preferred. As a Data Entry Clerk supporting the RSO, you will be responsible for efficiently inputting, updating, and maintaining data related to security operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
· Input, update, and maintain information in a shared team database using Microsoft Access
· Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Collaborate with the RSO and team to address any discrepancies or missing information.
· Assist in the creation of reports and presentations based on the entered data.
· Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Must be a US Citizen
· Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
· Experience in a radiological environment or radiological knowledge preferred
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products: Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related field is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
