Job Description and Duties

Maintain cleanliness of the Willow Area facility and Area office exterior property, including mopping and waxing floors, vacuuming carpets, emptying and cleaning waste receptacles, washing windows and doors, cleaning window sills, cleaning blinds, cleaning and dusting furniture and equipment. Clean restroom facilities daily and re-supply all paper products and soap as necessary. Remove smudges and marks from all floors, doors, rails, and glass. Clean the break room including appliances, tables, cabinets, counter tops, sinks, and common items including dishes and refrigerator. Clean exterior of building including the parking lot area, sidewalks, fuel bays, and parking garage. Change filters, replace ballasts and fluorescent bulbs, move furniture and supplies. Maintain records of recycling of paper and other products, as required.

This position works a maximum of 83 hours per month.
