• You prioritize, tackle, and close maintenance tickets to minimize downtime.

• You collaborate with engineers, operations, OEMs, and vendors to resolve complex issues quickly.
• You build clear, reusable procedures so fixes don’t rely on tribal knowledge.

Core Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience on CNC machinery and robotics
• Fast learner who leverages manuals, training, and self-directed discovery
• Solid grasp of advanced manufacturing systems: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
• Clear communicator and strong cross-functional partner

What Sets You Apart

• Commissioning/installation background for CNCs, robots, and automation in production
• Facilities breadth: high-/low-voltage electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC; comfortable reading schematics
• Hands-on with drives, servos, PLC-adjacent I/O, sensors, VFDs, coolant and chip systems
• CMMS literacy (work orders, parts, PM plans) and disciplined documentation

Technology Stack

• PLCs: Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Siemens
• VFDs and servo motors

Your Capability Map

• PLC: troubleshooting, programming, and wiring for industrial automation equipment
• Industrial/manufacturing engineering mindset for reliability and throughput
• Equipment, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting end-to-end
• Electrical schematics and blueprint interpretation
• Facilities maintenance across utilities and building systems
• Diagnostics and repair for electrical/electronic systems, including high-voltage
• CNC machine repair, installation, and troubleshooting
• Preventive maintenance planning and inspections
• Pneumatics experience and troubleshooting expertise
• Comfort with 120/208/240/480 VAC power
• Electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair in industrial settings
• Machine safety inspections and compliance support
• Industrial electrical experience across production environments
• Industrial robot programming familiarity
• Broad troubleshooting across automation equipment

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly target: $30–$40 (actual range may vary based on experience). This reflects the lowest to highest pay we reasonably and in good faith believe we would offer as of posting. Final pay may be above or below this band and is subject to change. Placement within the range will depend on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geography, performance, and business needs.
