• NICU Level: Level III
• Bed Count: 32 beds
• Average Daily Census: ~12
• Setting: Community hospital; CCS-designated facility
• Subspecialty Support: Pediatric surgery, cardiology, GI, ENT
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide NICU care & newborn service
  • Collaborate on complex neonatal cases
  • Engage in family communication and support
  • Participate in quality initiatives (e.g., CPQCC)
  • Maintain standards with hospital leadership
• Schedule: Designed to support work/life balance

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Must reside locally or be willing to relocate to the Torrance area
