Hiring 1st Shift Manufacturing Technicians Carlsbad, CA

Pay: $18 - $21/DOE

Job Description

This role involves operating equipment, performing assembly tasks, and ensuring the quality of manufactured products.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Hot Pouch Sealer effectively.
• Perform taping operations manually with precision.
• Conduct pouch filling operations with accuracy.
• Weigh filled pouches using a balance or scale, ensuring proper liquid content within numeric weight range.
• Manipulate filled pouches to remove air bubbles using hands or fixtures.
• Assemble finished devices with attention to detail.
• Calibrate blood gas analyzers accurately.
• Perform pre-fill testing of sample solutions on blood gas analyzers and document results.
• Generate bar code labels efficiently.
• Visually inspect parts to meet quality criteria.
• Perform final boxing of solution pack assembly.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of materials accurately.
• Complete routers as required.
• Utilize computer skills, particularly in Excel, for data management.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency in performing repetitive tasks with high quality.

1st shift from 6am to 2:30pm.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
