COTA - Travel Contract

We‘re hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Hayward, CA. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active California COTA license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required by the facility.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with ADL training, splinting basics, and therapeutic activities preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced rehab environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Client requires a minimum of [14] week contract availability. (Assignment length provided by client.)

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Sunday through Saturday available per schedule; VMS lists coverage across all days.
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week as listed by client.
• Contract Weeks: 14 weeks.
