Job Title: Materials Project Manager Location: On-site (Huntington Beach, CA) Job Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

The Materials Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing complex, cross-functional materials programs from strategy through implementation. This role closely with R&D Regulatory, Clinical, Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align program objectives with broader business goals. Success in this role requires deep program and risk management expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience in the dental or medical device industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, master's degree with 4+ years, or 10+ years of related industry experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Huntington Beach Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills preferred (pivot tables, macros, VBA).
• Demonstrated program and budget management experience. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Jira, Scrum, SAFe).
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in materials or supply chain management within the dental, healthcare, or medical device industries.
• Proven success leading or supporting prime proposal efforts.
• International experience or Mandarin language skills a plus.
