The Director of Health Services (Patient Care Services) is a nurse and the senior clinical leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient care delivery in a private pay home health environment. This role ensures high clinical standards, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service while supporting growth (development and sales responsibilities are a crucial part of the position), caregiver/nurse/rehabilitation specialist development, and strong relationships with clients and families.

Requirements

• Private Pay Home Health Care Experience Required
• Current, unrestricted California Registered Nurse license
• Friendly, fun Demeanor
• Strong Technology Skills
• Proof of a negative TB result
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
• Active California Driver's license and car insurance
• Cell phone with internet access

Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 based on experience, plus bonus
