Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean and comfortable office and work areas

• Greet and assist guests, answer questions, and direct callers appropriately

• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments

• Order and maintain office supplies and kitchen provisions

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and perform clerical duties including filing and copying

• Book travel accommodations (flights, hotels, transportation) for management as needed

• Process invoices and ensure timely payment of bills as directed

• Coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs

• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a well-organized first day with a prepared workstation

• Support acquisition and onboarding efforts for community employees as directed

• Arrange flowers or gifts for field team members or staff on leave, as requested by management

• Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to departmental success
  

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in office software and equipment

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
