We’re seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant who values consistency, teamwork, and accountability. If you take pride in contributing to a smooth, well-run clinical day and enjoy being part of a collaborative team, you’ll fit in well here.
Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities in This Role
Provide chairside support to dentists and hygienists across a range of procedures
Anticipate provider needs by preparing instruments, materials, and trays in advance
Set up and break down operatories with a strong focus on efficiency and infection control protocols
Capture digital X-rays and assist with intraoral scanning when needed
Accurately document patient care and support real-time charting (chairside scribing)
Help coordinate a smooth clinical flow across multiple providers and operatories
Enhance patient comfort through clear communication and a reassuring chairside presence
Maintain equipment, instruments, and inventory to ensure daily operational readiness

Qualifications: Qualifications & Experience for Success in This Role
At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant in a general dentistry setting
Proficiency with dental practice management systems (EagleSoft experience highly preferred)
Active RDA license with current X-ray and Coronal Polishing certifications
Strong clinical judgment and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and comfortable assisting multiple providers throughout the day
Experience with, or willingness to learn, chairside charting and clinical scribing
High attention to detail with the ability to listen, assist, and document simultaneously
Dependable team player with a consistent and proactive approach to responsibilities
Effective communication skills with a calm, professional chairside presence
