Valuations Associate
At Prologis, we’re building the future of logistics real estate. As a **Valuations Associate**, you will play a key role in driving data-informed insights that shape our global investment strategy. This role blends real estate valuation expertise with emerging skills in data management, automation, and AI to enhance the precision and scalability of our valuation processes. **Key Responsibilities Include:**3+ years of relevant experience in real estate valuation, financial modeling, or investment analysis.Advanced proficiency in Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with **data management systems** and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Sigma. Familiarity with **Python**, **R**, or **AI/ML frameworks** for analytics and automation. Knowledge of valuation methodologies (income, market, discounted cash flow). Experience working with predictive analytics, data governance, or AI-assisted valuation systems. Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience. Hiring Salary Range of: $114,000-$135,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.Proven ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
