Personal and Administrative Assistant
:
I am seeking a great verbal and written communicator with at least 5 years of professional experience. Sorry, no recent grads. Also must be able to work a 2 day a week, flexible work schedule that will be necessary as I'm not always at the office on prescribed days.
This is ideal for someone who has maximum flexibility,and has lots of experience in resolving problems demonstrating great persistance, stamina, tact and creativity.
You'll be speaking with:
Bookkeepers, cpas, car insurance companies
On the personal side you will keep the office tidy and also be contacting vendors like massage, accupunturists, personal trainers. You may also do light personal grocery shopping and place Amazon orders.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
