Flex Officer

Our Officers are first responders that protect commercial and HOA facilities. To keep property and business tenants safe and secure. You have the opportunity to get valuable training and experience to help you move forward in your career.

Your job as a flex officer is to act as security by verifying visitors and keeping a guest log of incoming and outgoing personnel . Your duties are to check-in visitors, greet guests, and ensure that unauthorized people or products do not enter or leave the premises.

• Assist in start-ups at new accounts to include: working the site, training checklists and training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.

• Work special security assignments as required.

• Expect to work on weekends and holidays with limited notice, and work during “high need” periods.

• Observes and reports activities and incidents.

• Controls access to client site or facility through the admittance process.

• Patrols assigned site on foot or in vehicle; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exists. 

• Prepares logs and reports as required.

Schedule (PART-TIME) 24hrs guarantee/week. Other workdays will be as needed. No set schedule

Flex Officer must be available for all shifts including: Morning/Swing/ Graveyard

• Pay rage-$24.00-$26.00 an hour

Requirements:

• Available for Morning/Swing/Graveyard shifts
• Must be willing to travel to communities throughout OC
• Valid Guard Card
• Have a driver's license for at least 6 years
• Pass a driving background
