Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to lead the development of responsive, user-friendly interfaces for AI-driven customer engagement platforms. This role bridges cutting-edge frontend technology with powerful AI engines—including LLMs and Generative AI—to deliver seamless, intelligent user experiences. You’ll work closely with backend, product, and business teams to turn business goals into elegant frontend solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive interfaces for AI-powered products and user engagement workflows.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate LLMs and other AI models into seamless frontend experiences.
• Build and optimize interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g. React), ensuring high performance and accessibility.
• Create data visualizations that translate complex AI outputs into intuitive insights.
• Translate product and marketing requirements into frontend features with thoughtful user interaction design.
• Stay current on frontend and AI trends, applying new ideas to improve user interface quality and performance.

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software development.
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript, with strong HTML/CSS skills and knowledge of modern web standards.
• Deep experience in React and frontend tooling (e.g., npm, Vite); experience with component libraries like MUI or Mantine.
• Exposure to AI technologies, especially LLMs and Generative AI, and how they’re integrated into user-facing products.
• Familiar with mobile-first design and optimizing for mobile browsers; mobile app development is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
• A self-starter with a product-driven mentality and a collaborative approach.
