Job description:
Therapist – BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Overview
Required Skills
- Must be CACI cleared
- Master's degree with a Licensed BCBA professional in the working state
- Two (2) years' experience providing behavior support for individuals with IDD and mental health diagnoses
- Competency in writing behavior support plans
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Education and Experience
- Master's degree (required) and an active BCBA license in the working state
2+ years of relevant experience (required) providing behavior support for IDD and mental health diagnoses.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Familiarity with conducting FBAs across multiple settings
- Strong ability to coach and support staff during changing clinical needs.
