Vision Centric, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary II to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to a government agency. This role requires a proactive professional with strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a FULL-TIME, OnSite Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a full range of administrative and secretarial duties, both standard and nonstandard.
  • Provide direct support to District and Area Commanders, managing up to three calendars and coordinating meetings, interviews, and teleconferences.
  • Maintain reception area, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls and emails professionally.
  • Prepare reports, meeting materials, and routine correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, personnel records, and shared drive folders.
  • Track and compile data for various programs including Facility Security Assessments (FSA), Post Orders, and Prohibited Items Reports.
  • Maintain inventory lists for security equipment and supplies; conduct weekly audits and provide status updates.
  • Support timekeeping and attendance tracking using systems such as GovTA.
  • Assist with budget report preparation and document management.
  • Enter and manage data in FPS systems such as LEIMS and STORM.
  • Provide administrative support for contractual service requests and security operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and Windows-based operating systems.
  • Experience with office equipment including scanners, printers, and copiers.
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate typing, and excellent spelling.
  • Ability to compile, organize, and present reports and data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and determine task priorities.
  • Experience managing multiple calendars and coordinating logistics.
  • Familiarity with government systems such as GovTA, LEIMS, and STORM is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience supporting federal agencies or law enforcement operations.
  • Knowledge of agency policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Experience with inventory management and supply tracking.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
