This is a great opportunity for someone willing to learn and understand assets investments & management. This is a position that requires independent thinking, curiosity and an exploratory spirit. This is a role for someone who is self-motivated and has the ability and desire to work for a successful firm as a team player in an energetic work environment.

Job Responsibilities :

1.Track and research macroeconomic policies and data of major global

economies, monitor changes and dynamics in economic and financial

industry regulatory policies;

2.Conduct analysis and research on various types of assets based on

changes in the global macroeconomic environment. Assets include, but are not limited to, global equities and equity funds,

bonds and bond funds, commodities and related funds, currency

exchange rates products, or other alternative assets.

3.Complete analysis reports on macroeconomic policies, major emergencies or events, and their market impacts from time to time;

4.Write reports on data analysis and allocation strategy recommendations

5.Conduct analysis and research on regulatory policies, market

development trends in some key sectors, such as AI, infrastructure, energy, digital economy etc.

Qualifications :

1.Major in finance and economics, master's degree or above ;

2.Prior experience in research and report writing related to macroeconomics and major asset classes of more than three years is preferred ;

3.Having published research papers in finance or economics in CSSCI or SSCI journals is preferred ;

4.Proficiency in Python, Stata, R, or other analytical tools; experience in quantitative analysis is preferred ;

5.A strong sense of market awareness, passion for research, and curiosity are highly valued.
