The Role

As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer , you’ll design and ship AI-driven features that reach millions of users — working directly with the founders and owning your work from idea to deployment. You’ll move fast, experiment aggressively, and see your work in production within days, not months.

📍 Location: San Francisco (in-person, Mon–Sat)

What You’ll Do

Build an AI-powered paywall editor used by millions — spanning a high-performance Python backend and a modern Next.js front-end

Integrate cutting-edge AI models, APIs, and tools to power real-time personalization and automated experimentation

Architect backend services in Python capable of handling thousands of global requests per second

Collaborate with founders, customers, and designers to shape product direction and deliver high-impact features

Contribute across the stack — from data pipelines to frontend UI to deployment automation

Help define engineering culture, processes, and technical standards for the team

What We’re Looking For

1–4+ years of engineering experience shipping real-world products

Strong full-stack expertise — Python on the backend, React/ Next.js on the frontend

Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped features

Experience building user-facing products and collaborating directly with customers

Comfort owning features end-to-end — from design to deployment

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset

Bonus Points

Experience integrating AI/ML/LLMs into production products

Background with design tools, chat interfaces, or creative coding

Prior startup or founding team experience

Mobile development skills ( Swift, Flutter, Expo )
