Current Onsite Manager Opportunities:
We are currently hiring for 10 different Onsite Manager positions across Los Angeles County, including Castaic, Canoga Park and different parts of LA. Each property offers unique opportunities, and all positions include a manager’s unit plus compensation. Details for each property are listed below:
Opportunity 1 – 33-Unit Building
- Address: Ridge Route Road, Castaic, CA 91384
- Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Manager’s Unit: 1-bedroom apartment
- Schedule: 15-20-hours/week (approx. 3-4-hours/day)
Opportunity 2 – 18-Unit Building
- Address: Independence Ave., Canoga Park, CA 91303
- Features: Gym, rooftop patio, in-unit laundry
- Pets: Small dogs and cats welcome
- Manager’s Unit: 2-bedroom apartment (manager pays $600 monthly rent) - no office available
- Monthly Compensation: $1,600
- Schedule: 20 hours/week (approx. 4 hours/day)
- Parking: Two underground gated parking spaces
- Must be fluent in Spanish!
Opportunity 3 – 48-Unit Building
- Address: Alvarado Terrace Los Angeles, CA 90006
- Manager’s Unit: 1-bedroom apartment
- Monthly Compensation: $1,000 + Free unit
- Schedule: 25 hours/week (approx. 5 hours/day)
- Must be fluent in Spanish!
Opportunity 4 – 16-Unit Building
- Address: Hobart St., Los Angeles, CA 90006
- Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Manager’s Unit: Rent-free 1-bedroom apartment
- Monthly Compensation: $250
- Schedule: 15 hours/week (approx. 3 hours/day)
Opportunity 5 – 27-Unit Building
- Address: Norton Ave., West Hollywood, CA 90046
- Manager’s Unit: Rent-free studio apartment
- Monthly Compensation: $620
- Schedule: 20 hours/week (approx. 4 hours/day)
Opportunity 6 – 25-Unit Building
- Address: Cazador St., Los Angeles, CA 90065
- Required: Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Manager’s Unit: Rent-free 1-bedroom apartment
- Monthly Compensation: $175
- Schedule: 12.5 hours/week (approx. 2.5 hours/day)
Opportunity 7 – 37-Unit Building (Baldwin Hills)
- Address: Coco Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90018
- Features: Swimming pool, onsite laundry, garage parking
- Pets: Small dogs and cats welcome
- Manager’s Unit: 1-bedroom apartment on 2nd floor (no office available)
- Monthly Compensation: Included with housing (details during interview)
- Schedule: 20 hours/week (approx. 4 hours/day)
- Utilities Included: Water, sewer, trash
- Parking: Garage parking (alleyway access)
- Vacancies: 17
Opportunity 8 – 30-Unit Building (Baldwin Hills)
- Address: Nicolet Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90008
- Manager’s Unit: 1-bedroom / 1-bathroom apartment (available end of September)
- Monthly Compensation: Included with housing (details during interview)
- Schedule: 20 hours/week (approx. 4 hours/day)
- Utilities Included: Water, trash
- Parking: Garage parking available
- Amenities: Swimming pool, onsite laundry
- Vacancies: 14
- Notes: No cleaning crew; manager expected to maintain common areas
Opportunity 9 – 20-Unit Building (Baldwin Hills)

- Manager’s Unit: Studio apartment (available end of September)
- Monthly Compensation: Included with housing (details during interview)
- Schedule: 10 hours/week (approx. 2.5 hours/day)
- Utilities Included: Water, trash

- Vacancies: 4
- Notes: Cleaning crew provided, but manager also expected to maintain common areas
Opportunity 10 – 29-Unit Building (Baldwin Hills)
- Address: Potomac Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90008
- Manager’s Unit: Studio apartment (unit available in 3 months)
- Monthly Compensation: Included with housing (details during interview)
- Schedule: 10 hours/week (approx. 2.5 hours/day)
- Utilities Included: Water, trash
- Parking: Garage parking available
- Amenities: Swimming pool, onsite laundry
- Vacancies: 8
- Notes: Dedicated cleaning crew provided, but manager also expected to maintain common areas

What You Will Do
- Supervise contractors performing property services and ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate with tenants, collect rents, and post required notices.
- Show vacant units, process applications, and execute all new rental agreements/leases and renewals.
- Conduct daily property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and perform light cleaning and at Norton property light repairs.
- Maintain pristine property grounds and common areas at all times.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of onsite apartment management experience .
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and property management regulations .
- Hands-on cleaning and light/basic-maintenance experience with the ability to handle minor repairs is a plus, but NOT required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with AppFolio preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills , attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- No smoking and no pets allowed for the onsite manager at some of the properties, see property details above.
- Fluency in Spanish and English required for designated properties.
