Blue United Sourcing is seeking a COTA to join a rehab team at a skilled nursing facility located in Sunnyvale. You’ll be providing hands-on therapy, supporting patient progress, and collaborating with a team that values quality care and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
- Help patients achieve functional goals and improve daily living skills
- Document progress and maintain compliance with facility standards
- Engage patients with encouragement, patience, and professionalism
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused rehab environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed COTA in California
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or outpatient settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and patient-focused mindset
- Someone who values collaboration, reliability, and positive team culture
