Title: Director of Operations Location: Los Angeles, CA (local travel)

Overview: Strategic, hands-on leader responsible for multi-unit operations across select LA venues, driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Mentor GM-level leaders, uphold brand standards, and implement scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily multi-unit operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality
• Drive profitability through budgeting, cost control, and revenue initiatives
• Develop and mentor General Managers and leadership teams
• Maintain top-tier food quality, safety, service, and compliance
• Champion a guest-centric, 5-star dining experience
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic plans and initiatives
• Implement operational best practices and SOPs
• Manage risk and ensure regulatory and brand compliance
• Communicate performance metrics and progress to leadership

Qualifications

• 6+ years in upscale/fine-dining management; at least 3 years as GM; 2+ years in multi-unit leadership
• Overseeing $30M+ combined annual revenue
• Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; flexible evenings/weekends/holidays
• Local LA travel required

• $150,000–$175,000 base + quarterly bonus
