Customer Care Representative (Sacramento Region, California)

You will
Quality control inspections
- Conduct quality control reviews of homes at various stages of construction for assigned projects
- Provide reports to Construction Team regarding findings of inspections
- Attend construction quality control meetings
- Conduct, review, and sign off homes from Construction to Homeowner Care
Orientations
- Conduct homeowner orientations
- Facilitate Kickoff Meetings with homeowner’s prior to construction commencement
- Complete or coordinate repairs identified at orientations prior to possession of homes
- Contact trades to schedule the repairs from orientations
- Review trade work to confirm repairs are completed to the Anthem Properties Standard
- Update the CRM in NewStar once repairs are complete
- Review homes to ensure they are ready for possession
- Inventory maintenance
Service Requests
- Confirm which repairs are warrantable and non-warrantable
- Get sign off from homeowners and close out work orders in NewStar
- Follow up with trades to confirm repairs are completed to the Anthem Properties Standard
- Follow up with the Owners
- Generate work orders to schedule repairs, and ensure they completed within the allotted time frame
- Book additional follow-up appointments as needed with homeowners
- Address warrantable service requests
You have
- An extremely strong work ethic and high degree of integrity
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge in all facets of home building (preferred)
- Experience in residential, new home customer care (preferred)
- Good organizational/project management skills
- A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to learn and excel in a team environment

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 USD dependent on experience
