Position Overview:

We are seeking a Full Time Fitness Coach who will be the driving force behind our client results and growth. As a Coach, you will be responsible for coaching clients in our large group and small group training sessions, nurturing client relationships and fostering community as well as nurturing leads and doing sales meetings using our sales ick free enrollment process that will propel our company to unparalleled heights by transforming the communities that we're in!.

Responsibilities:

Conduct personal training sessions, group classes, and fitness assessments based off of our proprietary and proven formula

Develop and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.

Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, nurturing them throughout their fitness journey by positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and problem solver.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment.

Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and certifications.

Continuously expand your knowledge of our products & industry trends to stay ahead of the game and deliver exceptional value to clients.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Ability to intelligently connect and relate to our community so that you can motivate them to achieve what we know they're capable of.

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).

Previous experience in personal training or a related fitness field is not a requirement but a passion for fitness and a commitment to your own personal health & wellness is.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time Base plus bonuses & commission: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
