Job Summary
We are seeking a Tier 1 Technical Support professional for a fully remote temp-to-hire opportunity supporting customers with software licensing and registration questions. This role is a great fit for a customer-focused technical support candidate who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and helping users move forward quickly and accurately. This position offers a structured support environment, consistent weekday schedules, and the potential to convert to full-time employment. Candidates will work as part of a collaborative support team where attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong communication are valued. This is an excellent opportunity to build on early technical support experience while gaining exposure to software customer care processes in a stable, professional setting. Key Responsibilities - Assist customers with basic software licensing and registration questions via email and phone.- Verify customer information and follow established processes to resolve inquiries accurately.
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries within a 24-hour business period.
- Document relevant details and include all necessary information to support accurate customer responses.
- Learn and apply new product, process, and support information quickly.
- Plan and organize daily tasks to maintain productive, timely customer support. Compensation and Benefits - Pay rate: $20 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Work arrangement: Fully remote.
- Location requirement: Must live in California.
- Schedule options: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Conversion potential: These positions may convert to full-time employment.
