Marketing Coordinator (FT)

: Lollipop Dental Pediatric Dentistry is a pediatric dental practice that has helped thousands of families across Orange County for nearly 10 years. With three locations in Placentia/Yorba Linda, Garden Grove, and Costa Mesa, Lollipop Dental and its award-winning team has proven that it has one of the best and most competitive practices in the region. Its sister practice, Sweet Smiles Modern Orthodontics, is staffed by some of the best skilled Board Certified Orthodontists in the LA/OC area and is accompanied by an amazing team. Position Description: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development of marketing and community relations efforts; including managing all social media channels, developing useful content for the newsletter, and creating and managing community relationships. You will ensure that Lollipop Dental's and Sweet Smiles' overall image is consistent with our mission in social media, the community, and all other marketing strategies. Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and/or provide support for all Lollipop Dental and Sweet Smiles community relationships.
• Supervise and advise in the implementation of graphic design, photography/videography, social media, and promotional merchandise and materials.
• Under the direction of the Regional Manager, will develop and implement internal and external contests.
• Interacts with staff, doctors, patients, and parents to provide support and quality service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing.
• Two years of professional experience in communications, social media, public relations, and marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience and knowledge applying marketing theories and concepts to effective communication and media campaigns.
• A record of demonstrated effectiveness in copywriting and editing.
• Ability to nurture relationships within the offices and with constituents in the community.
• Social media management experience.
• Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, InDesign, Adobe Premiere).
