Opportunity to Influence Plant-Wide Quality Initiatives Job Details KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Lead quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Review audit findings and drive corrective action implementation.
Ensure product integrity and adherence to quality standards.
Partner with customers and business stakeholders to resolve quality concerns.
Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams.
Support high-profile facility and capital improvement initiatives.
Manage regulatory compliance matters involving products and ingredients.
Maintain and oversee SDS/MSDS programs and documentation.
Analyze quality trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Represent the organization during regulatory and government interactions.
Present technical and scientific findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Drive root cause investigations and preventive action efforts.
Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Needed: Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 6+ years of related Quality Assurance experience.
Minimum 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
OR High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of related experience and 4+ years of management experience.
Experience within food, beverage, CPG, ingredients, dairy, or regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong background in quality systems, audits, and compliance programs.
Experience driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting product quality and food safety.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
Experience interacting with regulatory agencies and external auditors preferred.
