Job Description

  • Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipeline(using Jenkins, Gitlab CI etc.)
  • Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
  • Automate operational processes using scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell).
  • Deploy containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes or ECS.
  • Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Ensure system security through access controls, vulnerability management, and regular audits.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and QA to improve build, release, and deployment processes.
  • Support incident response, root cause analysis, and ongoing system tuning.
  • Drive best practices in continuous delivery, configuration management, and infrastructure resilience.
  • Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset.

Good To Have

  • Experience in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Setup and maintenance of security and quality tools (e.g., SonarQube, Coverity).
  • Experience with embedded Linux builds.
  • Knowledge of build tools such as Gradle, Bitbake, Makefile, etc.
  • Familiarity with observability tools and SRE practices.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.

Salary Range : The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits : Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$128,800—$177,100 USD
