Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $19 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Machine Operator:

• Operate assigned machinery according to company guidelines and safety standards
• Load materials, monitor machine performance, and make basic adjustments as required
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
• Communicate any issues with equipment or production to supervisory staff
• Follow all company procedures for documentation and reporting

Job requirements:

• Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to understand basic instructions, measurements, and safety procedures
• Comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to train on multiple machines
• Background check and drug screening required
