Accountant/ Bookkeeper

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage financial records and ensure accurate reporting for our client out of Santa Ana, CA. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a part time position who can work independently and maintain organized, up-to-date financial data for their business. Key Responsibilities  - Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.  - Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.  - Prepare and update financial reports as needed.  - Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.  - Ensure compliance with basic accounting principles and company policies.  - Communicate with management regarding financial status and any discrepancies.
