Regional Director of Operations
Founded in 1990 with the opening of Thai Town Cuisine, TTFB Group began with the passion for gourmet food and has since grown into one of Asia’s leading casual dining restaurant groups. From its beginnings in Taiwan, TTFB has expanded into a multi-brand restaurant group operating 153 restaurants across 9 distinctive brands, supported by approximately 4,500 employees.
Today, the group serves 9 million guests annually, representing one in every three Taiwanese diners having experienced a TTFB restaurant. TTFB is committed to operational excellence, strong leadership development, and sustainable growth as it expands beyond Taiwan into global markets, including its entry into the U.S. market. As part of our rapid expansion across the United States, with new locations planned, we are seeking experienced Operations Directors to join our growing team. This role is critical in building a strong operational foundation to support both current performance and future growth. The Operations Director is a proactive leader responsible for driving the performance and execution of assigned restaurant locations within their area. This role is accountable for ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and a consistently elevated guest experience across all locations.Rather than reacting to issues, the Operations Director actively identifies operational, financial, and team performance gaps early and implements solutions to prevent issues before they impact results. This role partners closely with restaurant leadership teams to drive accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 annual salary

Job Responsibilities
- Proactive Operational Leadership & Guest Experience
- Continuously evaluate restaurant operations to identify opportunities for improvement before issues arise. Proactively implement systems and behaviors that improve guest experience, strengthen service execution, and ensure consistency in food quality, speed of service, and hospitality standards across all assigned locations.
- Area Financial Ownership (Sales, Labor, COGS & Comps)
- Own and manage the financial performance of assigned locations, including sales growth, labor costs, controllable expenses, COGS, and comp/discount management. Proactively monitor performance trends, identify variances early, and implement corrective actions to ensure alignment with company budgets and profitability targets.
- Culture, Accountability & Team Member Experience
- Build and reinforce a high-performance, accountable culture across all locations. Proactively identify leadership or team performance gaps and address them through coaching, clear expectations, and consistent follow-through. Partner with restaurant leaders to strengthen engagement, retention, and execution.
- Talent Development & Leadership Pipeline
- Proactively identify and develop future leaders within the organization. Strengthen General Manager and management team capabilities through coaching, performance management, and structured development plans to ensure long-term operational stability and growth readiness.
- Brand Standards & Scalability
- Protect brand integrity by ensuring consistent execution across all locations. Proactively support operational readiness for new openings, rollouts, and initiatives, ensuring alignment in staffing, training, systems, and execution standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant or hospitality operations leadership experience
- Strong experience owning sales, labor, COGS, and P&L performance across multiple locations
- Proven ability to proactively identify operational and financial risks and implement solutions
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and guest service standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold leaders accountable to results
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and variance analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
