As a Ford Service Advisor, you are the face of our first-class service department. You will act as the primary point of contact between our guests and our factory-trained technicians. Your goal is to provide an exceptional service experience by diagnosing guest needs, recommending necessary maintenance, and ensuring every vehicle leaves our shop performing at its best.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and conduct a professional walk-around of the vehicle.
• Translate guest descriptions into clear, actionable work orders for technicians.
• Use the Ford Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) to advise guests on required maintenance and "peace of mind" repairs based on Ford-specific mileage intervals.
• Provide regular updates via phone or text regarding vehicle status, estimated completion times, and any additional repair needs.
• Review repair orders to ensure all work is completed and accurately billed before the guest arrives for pickup.
• Ensure all warranty claims and service contracts follow Ford Motor Company’s guidelines and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an automotive Service Advisor (Ford or Lincoln experience is a major plus)
• Proficiency with Dealertrack and Ford-specific tools like OASIS and FordPass
• A solid understanding of the Ford & Lincoln vehicle lineups is a plus
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "guest-first" mindset
• Ability to juggle multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment without dropping the ball.
