- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Clinical Details :
- Specialty: Primary Care/Geriatrics
- Patient Population: 13 and up
- Average Patients per Day: 16-18
- Job Duties: Primary Care clinician responsibilities such as; patient wellness visits, follow up, immediate need, RX re-fills, Physicals, Hospital follow up's, etc.
- EMR: Epic Systems
- Support Staff: 1 MA and floor LVN
- Work Setting: Clinic
Requirements :
- Active CA License
- DEA
- Preferred Qualifications: Primary Care/Geriatrics experience
- Local candidates preferred
- Will consider non-local providers, and reimburse for travel
