Account Executive - Influencer Marketing (Remote-Friendly)

Are you passionate about the creator economy and helping brands build powerful influencer marketing campaigns? We're looking for an Account Executive to manage client relationships and drive successful collaborations between brands and creators. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for a diverse range of brands, helping them grow their businesses through strategic influencer partnerships.

This is a remote-friendly opportunity with a base salary of $60K - $75K (depending on experience and location), plus bonus eligibility. The position reports to the Head of Revenue.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, helping them maximize their success through influencer marketing.
Understand client goals and collaborate with internal teams to develop high-impact influencer campaigns.
Identify and attract new brand partners to expand the agency's client base.
Negotiate budgets, timelines, and campaign expectations, ensuring smooth execution.
Advocate for both brands and creators, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Track campaign performance, provide insights, and make strategic recommendations.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

3+ years of experience in sales, prospecting, or account management—especially in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Experience managing relationships in a two-sided sales environment (e.g., connecting brands with creators).
A deep understanding of creator content and experience working with high-profile influencers.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
A customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
