Production Associate – Manufacturing
Pay: $18.42/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment? We are seeking a Production Associate to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will assist with the preparation, inspection, and packaging of custom drapery materials while supporting multiple departments as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, fold, and pack drapes for shipment and storage
- Lay fabric and materials on the floor for measuring, cutting, and folding
- Inspect materials for quality, sizing, and workmanship
- Use measuring tools, including measuring tapes, to verify dimensions
- Assist seamstresses by supplying materials and transporting heavy fabric rolls
- Maintain an organized and efficient work area
- Cross-train and provide support in other departments as business needs require
