Annual Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and report on status to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
- Monitor project performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Desired Experience
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in project management.
- Experience in managing projects in a technology-driven environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
