Operations Assistant
Libertine is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to dive into the fast-paced world of fashion operations and contribute to Libertine’s success. Ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in the fashion industry, this role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. We are targeting a June 2026 start date, with some flexibility for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and work cross-functionally with both the Operations and Customer Service Teams
- Support the organization and maintenance of back stock merchandise, ensuring an efficient and tidy storage system.
- Conduct quality control checks on in-house embellished garments, ensuring they meet our luxury standards.
- Assist in the preparation and packing of wholesale orders, ensuring efficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
- Aid in inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and help streamline operations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- A valid driver’s license and access to a car for running errands (mileage reimbursement will be provided)
- Ability to work Monday -Friday in our Hollywood, Los Angeles office.
- Prior retail experience, especially within the luxury sector, is a plus.
- Previous experience working with e-commerce back-end systems and ERP platforms, particularly Apparel Magic and Shopify, is a strong plus.
