Very buy Auto collision center seeks an experiences DRP estimator, Jr. Estimator, and Customer Pay Estimator. A successful applicant MUST possess the following:

• Several years of continuous employment as an Auto Estimator in a high volume DRP dealer shop.
• Experience with Mitchell, CCC One and Audatex (we will train if needed)
• Highly Motivated and Organized
• Sales Oriented personality with strong customer service skills
• Relationship Building and Management
• Punctual, Consistent
• A good attitude

Responsibilities

1. Inspecting Damaged Vehicles

• Examine vehicles involved in accidents or incidents.
• Take detailed photos of damage.
• Identify all visible and hidden damage.

2. Writing Repair Estimates

• Use estimating software (like CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex) to calculate repair costs.
• Include parts, labor, paint, and materials.
• Ensure estimates align with manufacturer guidelines and insurance policies.

3. Communicating with Stakeholders

• Discuss estimates with:
• Customers (explaining repairs and costs)
• Insurance adjusters (negotiating approvals)
• Repair technicians (confirming feasibility and timelines)

4. Coordinating Repairs

• Order parts and schedule repair work.
• Monitor repair progress and update estimates if additional damage is found (supplements).

5. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, estimates, and communications.
• Submit reports to insurance companies or internal systems.

6. Staying Updated

• Keep up with changes in repair techniques, vehicle technology, and insurance regulations.

Skills

Several years of continuous employment as an Auto estimator in high volume DRP dealer shop

Experience with Mitchell

CCC One and Audatex (we will train if needed)

Sales oriented personality with strong customer service skills and excellent attendance

Highly motivated and organized

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

8-hour shifts, M-F 8am-5pm in-person with alternate Saturdays 10am-2pm.

Salary DOE+ Overtime + Commission pay.
