Position Overview:

As a BCBA, you will play a key role in designing, supervising, and implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with families, direct care staff, and other professionals to create meaningful, lasting changes in the lives of the individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs based on individual needs

Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and analyze data to track client progress

Provide direct intervention and supervision for Behavior Interventionists (BIs) and BCaBAs

Train and support families and caregivers to implement behavioral strategies in daily routines

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using standardized tools (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III)

Develop and oversee behavioral intervention plans to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills

Maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Ensure all treatment plans align with best practices and ethical standards in ABA therapy

Provide weekly consultations with families/caregivers in person or via telehealth

Requirements:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Ability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including afternoon and evening availability

Eligibility to work in the United States

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if working in-person/hybrid)

Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
