Lead Registered Veterinary Technician or Senior Veterinary Assistant - Surgery - Veterinary- SAGE Dublin
Compensation: $30-42 hourly

SAGE Dublin specializes in many areas of Veterinary Medicine using the most current knowledge and treatments available to ensure the highest standards of care for our patients. Our Dublin facility features state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and surgical tools, and we pride ourselves on providing the highest standards of care. In addition to Surgery , we also offer services for Emergency, Critical Care, Oncology, and Internal Medicine.

Basic Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Active CA-RVT license is preferred for this position
• Previous RVT or Senior Vet Assistant experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interface with staff and clients using tact, patience, professional courtesy, and exhibit confidentiality and discretion where appropriate
• Consistent and reliable ability to monitor anesthesia, perform mathematical calculations for drug doses, CRIs, client invoices and estimates, and other position-related calculations
• Maintain the California Veterinary Assistant Controlled Substance Permit (VACSP); must obtain within 60-days of hire or transfer into this role; (this requirement is waived if incumbent holds a valid CA-RVT license.)

Compensation range:

• Pay range $30-42 hourly. Compensation is based on skills, experience and education.
