IT Cloud Security Specialist - (Hybrid) - Remote

Are you passionate about cloud security and eager to make an impact in a dynamic, global environment? We're looking for an IT Cloud Security Specialist to join our Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team. In this role, you'll work closely with product owners, cloud architects, and engineers to develop secure and robust cloud platforms while ensuring compliance with security frameworks and best practices.

What You'll Do
Serve as the primary security contact for the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team in the U.S.
Collaborate with regional security and risk teams to maintain security compliance.
Assist in updating and maintaining the Cloud Security Framework.
Develop and implement cloud security standards, guidelines, and procedures.
Assess cloud workloads to ensure security compliance and recommend risk mitigation measures.
Provide security expertise for cloud-based applications, operating systems, and networks.
Support security incident response efforts related to cloud infrastructure.
Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure security best practices are integrated into cloud solutions.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in IT security, with a focus on cloud security (IaaS/PaaS).
Hands-on experience with cloud security frameworks, risk assessments, and security policies.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles in a security context.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
Previous experience working in large, international organizations is preferred.

Work Environment & Benefits
Hybrid Schedule: Work three days on-site in San Jose, CA, and two days remotely (flexibility required based on business needs).
Compensation: $108,750 - $181,250 per year (based on experience and qualifications).
