Your Impact

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of talent development programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communications
  • Collaborate with program leaders to ensure the smooth delivery of training and development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of program participants, materials, and feedback.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing program-related documentation
  • Support assessments of our development programs to measure their effectiveness
  • Compile and analyze program data, feedback, and participant evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the Talent Development Partners to address specific regional or organizational needs related to talent development
  • Administrative tasks in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ensure the LMS is up-to-date with relevant training materials and accessible to all users
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate training on LMS functionality
  • Act as a liaison between program participants, facilitators, and leadership to ensure open communication and address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate talent development initiatives into broader organizational strategies
Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience or equivalent military experience)
  • Proven experience in program coordination, administration, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment that spans multiple time zones
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Experience in talent development or human resources
  • Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methodologies
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $65,600/yr to $106,150/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
