CNC Machinist

Location: Santa Clarita, CA

Pay: $30-37 ($40-45 if you can program)

Available Shifts:

Monday- Friday

1st shift is 7:00AM-3:30PM

2nd shift is 3:15PM-11:45PM

Requirements:

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including vertical and horizontal mills, lathes, to produce aerospace and defense components with high precision.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM models to accurately program CNC machines.
• Perform complex machining operations including drilling, milling, turning, grinding, and tapping on a variety of materials
• Background with titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, and Inconel is welcomed.
• Ensure all machining work meets strict aerospace and defense industry standards, including AS9100 and NADCAP.
• Utilize advanced measurement tools and techniques (CMM, micrometers, calipers, etc.) to inspect finished parts and ensure adherence to tolerances and specifications.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $40.00/hr.
