ABOUT THE JOB

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Proposal Department. This role provides hands-on experience in developing client proposals, supporting pursuit strategy, and assisting with the production of high-quality client pursuit materials.

The intern will gain exposure to real client pursuits, cross-functional collaboration, and the processes behind competitive proposal development in a professional services environment.

Type: Temporary, Part-time

Working Hours: 20 hours/week

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Communication, English, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, formatting, and editing of client proposals, presentations, and qualification materials
• Support the coordination and tracking of proposal timelines and submission deadlines
• Conduct basic research on clients, industries, and competitors to support the pursuit strategy
• Maintain and update proposal content libraries, resumes, project descriptions, and templates
• Help ensure consistency, branding, and quality control across all proposal deliverables
• Assist with departmental tracking of pursuit activity (as applicable)
• Collaborate with team members across administrative, technical, and leadership teams
• Perform general administrative and production support related to client and revenue support efforts
• Assist with special projects as needed, within the scope of the role
