  • Build and refine keyword strategy, bidding frameworks, audience targeting, negative structures, and query management.
  • Audit and direct automated bidding systems, ensuring platform automation aligns with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with Product to improve post-click conversion performance and landing page experience.
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams on attribution, incrementality, and measurement initiatives.
  • Identify and execute new growth opportunities across search inventory, seasonal demand patterns, and audience expansion.
  • Build reporting frameworks and performance insights that support decision-making across Growth leadership.
Key Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max, SA360, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong understanding of bidding systems, attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement.
  • Experience operating large-scale search programs in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, reporting automation, and search optimization tools.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability for business outcomes.
  • Ability to influence Product, Data, and Creative teams through data and clear communication.
  • Comfortable operating independently within a lean, high-performing team.
  • Strong experimentation mindset and bias toward testing and learning.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of in-house paid search experience.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar paid search budgets.
  • Demonstrated ownership of ROAS, CPA, or similar business outcomes.
  • Experience working in marketplace, ecommerce, travel, or other high-intent transactional businesses.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in ticketing, travel, rideshare, or other inventory-driven marketplaces.
  • Experience with incrementality testing or MMM environments.
  • Experience optimizing mobile-web conversion funnels.
  • AI fluency within search workflows and analysis.
