Job Description and Duties

The Communications Outreach Recruitment and Enrollment (CORE) Unit is one of the first stops along the path of that transformation. We initiate outreach to thousands of young adults across the state and then lead them through the enrollment process.

We are looking for an Analyst 1 (formerly known as Staff Services Analyst) to join our CORE team. Below, is key information candidates should consider before applying.

The Analyst 1 Recruiter- Los Angeles will actively recruit young individuals to join at the CCC Los Angeles Center and statewide residential centers with a focus for recruiting and enrolling for the CCC conservation programs including wildland firefighting. This position requires using a state vehicle to travel for recruitment activities.

The Analyst 1 Recruiter- Los Angeles is responsible for using CoRe (Corpsmember Recruitment Salesforce system) CRM (customer relationship management) to track engagement with CCC Corpsmember applicants, analyze and assess recruitment reports for constant and timely engagement for a smooth enrollment process within the zone.

A successful Analyst 1 Recruiter- Los Angeles candidate has strong analytical skills, public speaking skills, and enjoys working with young adults. This position is anything but monotonous. It is fast and nimble, diverse in duties and deliverables, and makes a daily impact on the lives of young adults seeking to improve themselves and their communities.

Working Conditions

This position is currently classified as “Hybrid” and is currently eligible for up to three days of telework per week, with a minimum of two days of in-office work, subject to change.

The incumbent will be expe cte d to travel up to 3 days a week, subject to change.

The reporting location for this position is at CCC Los Angeles Center located at 4366 Main St, Los Angeles, CA 90037, USA.
