Performance Marketing Manager - Remote

Set our sights on becoming the #1 ed-tech learning platform globally. We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to take our digital marketing strategy to the next level. This role is vital in scaling paid digital campaigns while maintaining cost-efficient user acquisition. You'll have the opportunity to shape our online presence, drive measurable results, and help us expand our impact. What You'll Do: Optimize SEM Campaigns: Manage and fine-tune SEM campaigns by overseeing budget allocation, bid strategies, creative assets, keyword expansion, and negative keyword management.
Scale Paid Digital Channels: Lead efforts to scale digital advertising across platforms while optimizing for efficient acquisition costs and maximizing ROI.
Drive Growth Through AB Testing: Design, execute, and analyze AB tests to uncover opportunities for growth and performance enhancement.
Target Key Audiences: Identify target demographics, develop compelling messaging, and design offers to improve paid social campaign performance.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to craft promotional campaigns and offers aligned with key seasons and trends.
Support Organic Social Media Efforts: Generate creative ideas to boost authentic follower engagement and interaction across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Enhance CRM Systems: Assist in designing and implementing email journeys, blasts, and push notifications to engage and retain users. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Proven expertise in managing large-scale SEM campaigns (100,000+ keywords).
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and optimization.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (experience with Iterable is a bonus).
Background in B2C industries, such as e-commerce, membership marketing, or direct response marketing. What You'll Bring: A track record of delivering measurable results through performance marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms.
